Sharon Gorick, PE

Sharon has over twenty years local experience in the evaluation, analysis and design of power and lighting systems for commercial, public, and institutional projects. Sharon has designed complete electrical systems; medium to low voltage, utility interconnections, building distribution, interior lighting, site and roadway lighting, critical power, power generation and fire alarm systems.

Tim Fialcowitz, PE, LEED AP
Vice President, Mechanical Engineer
Tim’s expertise includes analysis of existing mechanical systems and integration of new designs into existing buildings. His technical experience encompasses field survey, HVAC system design, plumbing system design, energy modeling, facility condition assessments, and technical specification preparation. His designs serve a diverse range of facilities, including airports, health care facilities, data centers, offices, and commercial kitchens.

With ten years of experience as an Air Force officer and a MBA degree, Doug combines a traditional engineering background with ample project management experience.
