About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the renovation industry. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of hands-on experience in designing electrical power, lighting and grounding systems in tenant and base new and existing buildings. This roll requires the ability to survey, evaluate and quantify existing facility systems while developing project schedules and resolving technical issues. The ability to provide code compliant, efficient and cost-effective solutions is imperative. Growing and maintaining new and existing client relationships.
Requirements
BS in Electrical Engineering or Building Electrical Systems.
US Citizen.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.
Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD required.
Experience in design of electrical building system.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent writing skills.
Extensive field experience required.
Licensed Professional Engineer required.

Applicant should have experience in the analysis of existing buildings power systems and in the design of new electrical building systems. The successful candidate must have extensive Revit and AutoCAD experience in project design and construction documents.
